Vary your load


Vary your load! The type, shape, weight and the way in which you carry it. All these things affect the muscles used, the load on the body and the subsequent muscular adaptation that occurs. Train in the same way with the same loads repeatedly and you may create strong tissues next to weaker less trained ones thus opening yourself up to injuries.

This can be applied to most exercises or even just when carrying things so whatever you do today, try to mix it up 🏋️
