Hi! I'm Emma, a health and fitness coach and proud mama to a toddler. I love helping my clients fit movement and healthy habits around their busy schedules. 

 

I specialise in pre and postnatal exercise. After experiencing various pains and anxiety in my own pregnancy, I am keen to help others stay strong throughout pregnancy and prepare their bodies for birth and motherhood. In the postnatal period it's time to reconnect and slowly build strength from the foundations up. With the right time and strategies you can absolutely get back to all the activities you love and be fit and strong for all the other real life stuff you have to do too!

 

As mums, we are on the go all the time - lifting, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying - we may as well get really damn good at all of these movements so we can FEEL good! That is my main goal for you - to feel better ✨

A postnatal fitness class to strengthen your core, floor & more.

This is a class for all mamas 💗 Whether you're looking to get back to the gym, a sport you love or just trying exercise for the very first time - you are so welcome to join us 🤗

As mums we are constantly lifting, squatting, lunging, carrying, pushing, pulling & running after our babes…I want to help all these things feel easier and better in your body ✨

 

Over the 6 weeks we will be exploring all these movement patterns with your core and pelvic floor in mind 🫶

 

What's included:

  • ✨6 x 1 hour classes

  • ✨2 short home workouts to practice what you learn in class

  • ✨Full health & lifestyle questionnaire including pelvic health screen

  • ✨Core & pelvic floor essentials e-book 🤓

  • ✨1 x 20-30 minute mini-consult including tummy check, breathing & movement assessment 🕺

  • ✨Pilates ball & resistance band

 

Babies are welcome but not essential 👶
